We have a 30 day return policy for regular items, no returns for final sale or custom products. If a custom product has arrived damaged, please contact our email to review options for repairs or replacement.

All trinkets and charms are hand made from sculpting to painting, so each product will be slightly different and one of a kind. We use the same process for any iterative items(i.e. the vegetable charms, animal pendants, etc.), but they will all have a unique touch and variation is to be expected as with any hand crafted piece. While each item is made special, they are all held to the same quality standards. We truly value the "hand made" title and promise there are no drop shipped items or AI used in the design process at any point. Stickers and prints are also designed in house(NO AI), but printed with an outside partner at this point in time.

When custom orders are available: If you see a particular one of one item sold, but you'd like one just like it, you can fill out a custom order form with the item name and details. As with most handmade items, there will always be slight variations even when the same process is used, please be advised. If you go through with a custom order, it will count as a final sale item and return policy will not apply(please review return policy for details).

All pre-made items will be shipped within 1-3 days of ordering and we currently only ship within the United States. For custom orders, there will be a processing time depending on order volume- this will be reviewed before order is processed.

When Custom Orders are available: We do have an order form where you can purchase a custom made item, we currently offer: • Custom illustrated pendants(scene/theme from stories or movies, a special design, etc.) • Custom animal face pendants(recreate your pet, a favorite animal character, etc.) Our order form will allow you to describe what you'd like and to provide any photos that will help us out:) Please refer to our catalog for an understanding of our style and what you can expect.
